How we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
In order to protect your personal data and inform you of your rights as a data subject, BrownPipe Consultoria provides this privacy policy, which defines the personal data processing activity applicable to the contact form and the mailing service, in compliance with Brazilian Federal Law 13,709/2018 (LGPD).
BrownPipe Consultoria acts as the data controller, being responsible for the decisions regarding the processing of your personal data.
The mailing service is provided through the Mailchimp platform, which acts as the data processor, meaning it processes personal data on behalf of BrownPipe. Contact data is collected through a form available on BrownPipe's own website.
